Park Street Estates is a Mayfair based estate agency, specialising in locating, managing and selling high end homes in the most prestigious areas of London. We are a boutique agency with a small number of clients to whom we provide the most professional and efficient service, not only in locating and managing homes and investment property, but in many other aspects as well.

Our experienced, well-trained, and accredited staff speak several languages fluently. In addition to providing every manner of property related service, we work with a number of established partner companies in various fields, to provide a full range of services for our clients. Additional services:

In addition to our main services above, we also offer a number of additional services. Our partner company is able to provide a full interior design, renovation and decoration service to your specific personal requirements, or in a cost-effective manner in the case of investment properties.

Our specialist immigration solicitors can assist your family with obtaining a visa, indefinite leave to remain, and a British passport. Our partner company can provide exclusive educational advisory services. We are also able to arrange a full range of household staff, including live-in nannies, maids, chauffeurs and security.

What we do:

The core business for us is property, and with the expert knowledge of our staff, we can locate a home or investment property perfectly suited to your requirements, and negotiate a substantial discount from the listed price. We can then arrange the full purchasing process on your behalf, including solicitors, accountants and tax-efficient company structuring.

Our main day-to-day business at Park Street Estates is letting out and managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of our clients, providing them with capital growth as well as a substantial yield. We have excellent relationships within the top apartment blocks in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Kensington, and our presence in these areas means that we always have a quality stream of applications from professionals and families seeking to rent.
