We regularly produce house price reports and forecasts for our clients so that they can see the direction of the market and make informed choices regarding buying or selling their properties.

Once a deal has been sourced by us and approved by our clients, we offer the usual property purchase service and provide a turn-key solution to the ownership of the property. Each investment property is different, and requires an individual approach in order to achieve the highest possible yield.

Some properties require refurbishment, in which case our interior design partner will provide a cost-efficient quotation and go on to oversee the works in order to ensure they are completed quickly and professionally.

Whether the works are carried out or not, the property is immediately marketed through the various advertising platforms that Park Street Estates utilises, including Primelocation, Findaproperty and Zoopla, as well as foreign and UK publications.

Potential tenants are fully checked prior to occupation, and advise is provided to our clients regarding the best option with regards to the quality of tenant, the term of their expected occupation of the property, and of course the price. A tenancy agreement is produced by an accredited firm of solicitors, and a full inventory report of the property is arranged and overseen by one of our staff.

Rent is collected monthly from the tenant, overseen by our team, and the property is fully managed by Park Street Estates, ensuring that the client never needs to handle any issues which might occur with the apartment or the tenant. All major decisions remain with the client, but the day to day hassles of managing the property are taken on by our team, leaving our clients free to collect their rental profit and concentrate on their business.
