Our main business at Park Street Estates is the location of suitable residential property for clients wishing to find the perfect home. We understand that our clients’ time is precious, and that it is just not efficient to register with many different estate agents and spend weeks going through listings on various portals. Over many years, we have built up a strong network of contacts within all of the main and independent agencies, both nationally and in London, so we have access to many off-market properties, as well as the full range of those which are on the market.
One of our staff will be selected as your personal point of contact and will take down a very detailed specification of the property you are looking for, whether it is an apartment in Knightsbridge, or a large family house in Mayfair. By noting down the specific details which you require from your home, we will be able to check each potential property ourselves and ensure that when we do take you for a viewing, you will not be wasting your time on something unsuitable.
Once we have located a number of properties which match your requirements, we will provide you with photos, floorplans and descriptions for your perusal, and once you’ve made a selection, we will arrange an efficient itinerary to view these properties on a day convenient for you. One of our fleet of chauffeured vehicles will take you to the various appointments, and one of our members of staff will accompany you to each one to take down your comments so we can adjust the search accordingly.
The staff at Park Street Estates will continue the search until we have found you the property which you feel would make your perfect home. At this point we will make an offer to the vendor, and negotiate a discount on your behalf. With the majority of our clients, the discount which we achieve is significantly higher than the fees which we charge for our service.
After a price has been decided on, we will arrange for any relevant professionals which you require to complete your purchase. We will introduce solicitors, accountants and valuers, as well as more specific companies which set up and manage tax-efficient corporate structures, and we will oversee the entire process ourselves from our office in Mayfair.
